Written Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior up until 5pm on the day of your scheduled arrival you will incur a $75 per room cancellation fee. If you do not show for your reservation on the scheduled day of check-in you will incur a charge of one night’s rental per room, and forfeit the remainder of your reservation. Repeat cancellations or no-shows are subject to additional terms. Condo and Hotel reservations are subject to a $25 change fee. All changes or adjustments must be made with Massanutten Rental Services prior to arrival and within business hours. No refunds are given for early departures or unused package items.

Written Deposit Policy

A deposit is not required for lodging. Full payment is due at the time of check-in.

Check In

Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. If you arrive early you may access the facilities prior to check-in by pre-registering with the Front Desk. Reservations and check-ins cannot be made by or for persons less than 21 years of age. Only persons listed on the reservation may check in to the condo. A refundable credit card deposit will be required at check-in.

Check Out

Check-out is promptly at 10 am. Please vacate your unit before 10 am to avoid a late fee. Express check-out is now available if you do not wish to do so at the Front Desk, or if you would like to check-out early. Just text “Check Out” to 95577. Shortly after you will receive a confirmation text message stating your reservation is complete. Please place your keys on the counter. Guests may also fill out their express check-out envelope and drop it in the check-out box at the General Store,The Market at Massanutten Station or in the North or South Lobby.

Pets Policy

Pets: No dog, cat or other pet shall be allowed in the unit. A nonrefundable charge of up to $500 per day may be assessed by the Association to clean, repair, treat (for fleas or other pests), and restore a Unit and common areas if a pet is identified in the unit or in the Resort. Service Animals: Service Animals are always welcome at Massanutten Resort. They must be under control and on a leash/harness at all times. Service Animals may be attended to by companions, but employees of the Resort are not permitted to care for Service Animals. We appreciate advance notice for service animals staying on resort property. Please contact us at 540.289.4908 ext. 2.

Other Policy

For accessibility requests please contact the Rentals office at 540 289 4952 Mon-fri 9-6 and Sat 9-1 All of our accommodations are smoke free. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged those who violate this policy. Smoking is allowed on the patio. You must close patio door when smoking outside. Please properly dispose of your cigarettes and cigars. For the comfort of all guests, no loud or annoying activity is permitted in the accommodations. Condo rentals require a two night minimum stay. Resort Rental Services reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same size and occupancy as your reserved unit. A Resort Fee of $18.00 per night is included in the total for your rental reservation. The Resort Fee covers the use of the Property and Amenities.
